SHIPPING
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please note that items held in your cart are not reserved until payment is processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in the product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times vary depending on location, product availability, and the chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or external factors, such as customs processing, holidays, or weather-related disruptions.

All orders are shipped worldwide from Finland within 7-14 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days. However, please note that these shipping times are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to adjust shipping times if necessary.

Prints are made on demand and shipped by Printful within 2-20 days. They are shipped rolled up and do not include a frame.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size/weight of your order. Free shipping is available for orders over 150€.

Please be aware that any customs duties or additional fees incurred at your country’s border are the responsibility of the buyer. LIISA TUULIKKI is not responsible for any customs charges or extra fees your country may impose.

UNCLAIMED OR RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pick it up, or refusal to pay customs fees, the buyer is responsible for covering the cost of reshipping. If you choose not to have the order re-shipped, a refund will be issued for the item(s) only, excluding the original shipping cost.
